By the House of Burgesses
Resolved,
That Ten Thousand Acres of land be laid out at the Manakin town and Appropriated to the Use of the french Refugees there settled.
That every french Refugee inhabiting at the Manakin Town and parts adjacent have liberty to take up So much of the said ten thousand Acres as will make his quantity (all ready taken up) of one hundred thirty-three acres.
